Adhesives for floor and wall coverings: Resistance against plasticiser (NT BUILD 146)

Abstract

 

SCOPE

This Nordtest method is intended for the determination of resistance against plasticiser for adhesives.  

FIELD OF APPLICATION

The method is in particular intended for testing adhesives used for securing PVC floor and wall coverings and also skirting board of plastic. The method can be used to compare the adhesive and cohesive properties of different adhesives. The test result will also depend on the properties of the covering and the baseplate.
